The referrer submits the buyer’s details using the official Buloke landing page or the WhatsApp referral form.

New-lead verification

We check our CRM. The referred customer must not appear in Buloke’s records within the last 180 days to be eligible.

First valid entry wins

If more than one person refers the same buyer, the reward is assigned to the first valid referrer entry received in our system.

Referral activation

The referral becomes eligible for the reward only when the referred customer completes both Visits the project site,Books a unit and completes the initial payment according to the booking terms.

Verification & Confirmation

After the referred customer completes the site visit, booking, and initial payment, Buloke verifies the details and confirms the referral. The referrer is notified via email/WhatsApp.

Reward Processing

Once approved, the reward is processed — you can choose between an iPhone 17 or cash up to ₹1,00,000.

Who can participate in the Refer & Earn program?

Anyone above 18 years — including customers, friends, relatives, or general public — can participate. Only Buloke employees and registered channel partners are excluded.

What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when the referred customer:
does a site visit, and
books a unit, and
completes the initial payment milestone. [ minimum 20% of unit sale value]

Are there limits on how many people I can refer?

No. You can refer unlimited people. You earn a reward for each successful booking.

What if someone else also refers the same person?

The reward is given to the referrer who submitted the lead first in Buloke’s system.

When will I receive my cash reward or iPhone 17?

Within 45 working days after the buyer completes the payment milestone and the booking is confirmed.

Can I switch my reward after selecting one?

Once processed, the reward cannot be changed.

Is the iPhone 17 guaranteed?

Yes — base variant. If unavailable, equivalent value will be provided or upgraded at Buloke’s discretion.

Will I get the reward if the buyer cancels?

No. The reward is valid only if the booking remains active.

Do I need to pay taxes on the reward?

If applicable, taxes will be deducted as per Indian tax laws. PAN is required for payouts.

How do I track my referral status?

A Buloke CRM representative will update you at every stage — lead validation, site visit, booking, and payout.

Can NRI referees participate?

Yes! NRI referrers and NRI buyers both qualify under the same terms.

Referral Terms And Condition

Eligibility

1.1. The program is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
1.2. Existing Buloke customers, channel partners (non-registered CPs), and general public can participate.
1.3. Employees of Buloke Realty or associated agencies are not eligible unless approved.

How the Referral Program Works

2.1. A referrer must submit the referee’s (buyer’s) details on the official Buloke landing page or WhatsApp form.
2.2. The referred customer must be a new lead not already present in Buloke’s CRM within the last 180 days.
2.3. If multiple people refer the same person, the reward goes to the first valid referrer entry received in the system.
2.4. The referral becomes eligible only when the referred customer: Visits the project site, and Successfully books a unit and completes the initial payment as per booking terms.

Rewards & Payout Rules

3.1. The referrer is eligible to choose one of the following rewards:

iPhone 17 (base variant) OR Cash reward up to ₹1,00,000 (amount may vary by project/product category)

3.2. Rewards are processed only after the buyer completes the required payment milestone (A minimum of 20% of the unit value or as per project policy).

3.3. Cash reward will be transferred via bank account within 45 working days from milestone completion.

3.4. Color/variant of the iPhone 17 will be subject to availability.

3.5. If the buyer cancels the booking, the referral reward is automatically void.

3.6. Referral benefit cannot be clubbed with any channel partner commission or internal scheme.

Validity & Limitations

4.1. The referral program is valid until further notice and may be modified or withdrawn anytime without prior intimation.
4.2. One referrer can submit multiple referrals; rewards apply for each successful booking.
4.3. Referrer must provide accurate banking/KYC details for reward processing.
4.4. Taxes, if applicable, will be handled as per government norms.

Fair Use & Compliance

5.1. Buloke Realty reserves the right to reject referrals suspected of fraud, duplicate entries, or incorrect information.
5.2. Decision of Buloke Realty management will be final and binding.
