Referral Terms And Condition
- Eligibility
1.1. The program is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
1.2. Existing Buloke customers, channel partners (non-registered CPs), and general public can participate.
1.3. Employees of Buloke Realty or associated agencies are not eligible unless approved.
- How the Referral Program Works
2.1. A referrer must submit the referee’s (buyer’s) details on the official Buloke landing page or WhatsApp form.
2.2. The referred customer must be a new lead not already present in Buloke’s CRM within the last 180 days.
2.3. If multiple people refer the same person, the reward goes to the first valid referrer entry received in the system.
2.4. The referral becomes eligible only when the referred customer: Visits the project site, and Successfully books a unit and completes the initial payment as per booking terms.
- Rewards & Payout Rules
3.1. The referrer is eligible to choose one of the following rewards:
iPhone 17 (base variant) OR Cash reward up to ₹1,00,000 (amount may vary by project/product category)
3.2. Rewards are processed only after the buyer completes the required payment milestone (A minimum of 20% of the unit value or as per project policy).
3.3. Cash reward will be transferred via bank account within 45 working days from milestone completion.
3.4. Color/variant of the iPhone 17 will be subject to availability.
3.5. If the buyer cancels the booking, the referral reward is automatically void.
3.6. Referral benefit cannot be clubbed with any channel partner commission or internal scheme.
- Validity & Limitations
4.1. The referral program is valid until further notice and may be modified or withdrawn anytime without prior intimation.
4.2. One referrer can submit multiple referrals; rewards apply for each successful booking.
4.3. Referrer must provide accurate banking/KYC details for reward processing.
4.4. Taxes, if applicable, will be handled as per government norms.
- Fair Use & Compliance
5.1. Buloke Realty reserves the right to reject referrals suspected of fraud, duplicate entries, or incorrect information.
5.2. Decision of Buloke Realty management will be final and binding.
